Making tools on our own premises results in the highest flexibility regarding the customers’ high technical and scheduling requirements.

Our experienced specialist staff and our modern machinery (e.g. MAKINO a82) form the basis for precision tool making. Here the chain begun in the design section using CAD and simulation is completed by the CAM system which is used. (FFcam V9).

Close cooperation with the design “supplier” and the production “customer” ensures a trouble-free process when producing drop forgings and tools.

WSW places great emphasis on training within our own company and there we benefit from the PRANGE-GROUP. This enables us to give our “young staff” a close look at other companies and toolmakers.
